Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers can request to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer support at [Insert Contact Details] with your order ID and request for cancellation.
2. Cancellation by Sree Guru Raaja Textiles
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to issues such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect details provided by the customer.
In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed.
3. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation or return.
Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment, such as the credit/debit card, Razorpay wallet, or bank transfer.
In case of cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or Razorpay wallet, based on the customer’s preference.
4. Return & Refund Eligibility
Returns will be accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received. Products must be returned in the original condition with tags intact.
To initiate a return, customers must contact customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order.
5. Non-Refundable Products
Custom-made products, undergarments, or products that have been altered cannot be returned or refunded.
Clearance sale items are not eligible for a refund.
6. Refund Approval
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed as per the original payment method.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective.
