Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Customers can request to cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted.

  • To cancel an order, please contact our customer support at [Insert Contact Details] with your order ID and request for cancellation.

2. Cancellation by Sree Guru Raaja Textiles

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to issues such as stock unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect details provided by the customer.

  • In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation or return.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment, such as the credit/debit card, Razorpay wallet, or bank transfer.

  • In case of cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or Razorpay wallet, based on the customer’s preference.

4. Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Returns will be accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received. Products must be returned in the original condition with tags intact.

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact customer support within 48 hours of receiving the order.

5. Non-Refundable Products

  • Custom-made products, undergarments, or products that have been altered cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Clearance sale items are not eligible for a refund.

6. Refund Approval

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed as per the original payment method.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges for returns or exchanges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged or defective.
